The hotel has a great view of the town from the rooms, but there's a lack of sound insulation causing noise from neighbors and the street to penetrate our bedroom. The service is excellent with thorough recommendations for dining and tours. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and just one block from the beach, offering a convenient stay. The dining experience is simple and fantastic, but the price for staying is rated as below average for what is provided.
The hotel had super comfy beds, A/C, and internet in the rooms. The plumbing issue wasn't a problem and my room was ready on time. The staff were extra super helpful, especially Junior, Alicia, and Steph. However, they mostly just looked at their laptops. The location was great for sitting with friends or reading a book, but bring earplugs for the noisy karaoke bar next door. The dining was fairly pedestrian with a small breakfast. The amenities and facilities were good overall.

The hotel at Hotel Kupuri was a great find for a one-night stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had modern touches, with a nice central courtyard featuring a pool and inclusive breakfast. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff, including meeting Leo and bonding over music. The ideal location, near the beach and in the heart of everything we wanted to do, made our stay memorable. However, the dining experience was mediocre, lacking any fruit in the morning, falling short for the cost. Overall, a well-maintained property with fantastic value for money.
